Who this notice is for
This notice explains how Ancros handles personal information when you visit this website, submit the early-access form or contact us about the product.
Information you provide
The early-access form asks for your name, work email address and a short description of what you want to protect. If you contact us by email, we also receive the information you include in that message.
Technical information
Website hosting and security infrastructure may process routine technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser information, timestamps and request logs.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond to your request, discuss potential access to Ancros and keep a record of the conversation where reasonably necessary. We use technical information to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
Legal basis
Where UK or EU data-protection law applies, the legal basis will depend on the context. It may include taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, operating the website and protecting it from misuse.
Service providers
Information may be processed by providers used to host the website or deliver form submissions. These providers should only receive the information needed to provide their service.
Cookies and analytics
This codebase does not intentionally add advertising or analytics trackers. If analytics, advertising technology or non-essential cookies are added later, this notice and any required consent controls should be updated before those tools are enabled.
Retention
Enquiry information should be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, follow up and maintain appropriate business records. Technical logs may be retained by infrastructure providers according to their configured retention periods.
International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside your country. Where data-protection law requires safeguards for international transfers, the relevant provider arrangements should be reviewed before use.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction on the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Contact
For privacy questions or requests, email hello@ancros.ai.
This notice must match the services you actually enable at launch. If you add analytics, cookies, CRM tracking, a different form processor or a production Ancros service, update this notice before collecting the additional data.
